The University of Worcester wishes to explore the opportunities for replacing the current HR solution (including Payroll) with a modern, efficient, user friendly solution. Definitely in scope: — Core HR database and management solution: to include employee relations, self-service and organisational development, — Payroll management, — Reporting capability. Potentially in scope: — Application Tracking and Management Solution (Recruitment process), — Expense management, — Performance management. The University may use information gathered during this market sounding process in order to plan its future procurement strategy. This PIN is issued solely for the purpose of alerting the market to the anticipated procurement and to invite interested parties to complete a questionnaire. Please request the questionnaire by emailing register@worc.ac.uk This PIN is not a call to competition and does not constitute the commencement of the procurement process. For the avoidance of doubt, participation in the market sounding exercise is not a pre-requisite for the future procurement process nor does not it guarantee selection in a future procurement process.
