Support and Maintenance of Enterprise ICT Hardware, Software and Network equipment

SOLAS is looking for a supplier to provide Support and Maintenance of Enterprise ICT Hardware, Software and Network equipment. The equipment is mainly located in the SOLAS office in Castleforbes House, Castleforbes Road, Dublin 1. The main areas of support required are as follows:- • The provision of 24x7 4 hour onsite response Hardware/Software Maintenance and Support for Intel Servers including access to any manufacturer recommended firmware and driver updates. • The provision of 24x7 proactive/reactive remote monitoring and 4 hour onsite Hardware and Software Maintenance and Support for the HP 3PAR StoreServ 7200 SAN. The support must include full access to any manufacturer recommended firmware, drivers and OS updates and patches. • The provision of 24x7 4 hour onsite Hardware/Software Maintenance and Support for the Tape Library and SAN Switches including access to any manufacturer recommended firmware and driver updates. • The provision of 24x7 4 hour onsite Hardware Maintenance and Support for the Alpha Servers. Also provide 4 hour onsite support and maintenance for Alpha Server OpenVMS Software and layered products. • Provision of 24x7 4 hour onsite Hardware/Software Maintenance and Support on Cisco Communications equipment.
