The Borough Council of Bolton (the ‘Authority’) is seeking suitable tenders for the clearance of fly-tipped waste on land owned by the Authority adjacent to Raikes Lane, Bolton (the ‘Site’). This specification describes the services that are required by the Authority for the safe removal and disposal of all waste at the Site to a standard acceptable to the Authority and in line with all relevant legislation, regulations and guidance.
