Market Engagement Event-Provision of ICT Services for CCST & CPFT

A Market Engagement Event will be hosted by Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust ("the Trusts") on Thursday, 13th September 2018, from 09:00 to 12:30, at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, Redshank House, Kingfisher Way, Huntingdon, PE29 6FN [parking at the nearby Marriot Hotel]. The Trusts, working in collaboration, are undertaking early market engagement to assess market interest in bidding for the provision of ICT Services to the Trusts, and potentially other NHS Trusts through the creation of a new Framework Agreement. The Trusts are seeking to establish the Framework Agreement through the Competitive Dialogue Process with the intent to award the Framework Agreement to a single provider for ICT Services, thereby maximising economies of scale and opportunities for future collaboration. The Trusts do however, reserve the right to expand the Framework to multiple providers dependent upon the outcome of the dialogue process which ultimately seeks to identify providers that can best meet the needs of the individual Trusts. The Trusts will, through this process, call off ICT Services from the Framework Agreement; and make the Framework Agreement available to other NHS Trusts and public sector organisations. The Trusts are seeking a wide breadth of ICT Services to enable them to move from a shared services environment, supplemented by a number of other service providers, to a single prime service provider model.
