Tender description

The University of York intends to purchase a Digital spacial profiler (DSP) Instrument in accordance with this Voluntary ex ante transparency notice. Digital spatial profiling of tissue sections (fresh, FFPE) in a rapid, non-destructive manner, using pre-definition or custom panel antibodies and nucleic acid probes, with high signal to noise quantitative data output. Tissue and cellular transcriptomic analysis using targeted pre-defined gene sets. Data analysis for both these platforms should not require advanced bioinformatics support and the system must be compatible with the demands of a multi-user facility.
