Tender description

To support BSBI activities that engage and help recorders (primarily its members) to survey plants and record new data. To provide all NE employees with unrestricted corporate access to records within BSBI's database. To make a proportion of BSBI records for England openly available at capture resolution via the NBN Atlas (nominally 25% of BSBI vice-counties as a first step = 14 of 57 vice-counties). This represents a significant first step towards making all BSBI data available by 2020 in line with the NE open data position statement.
