Tender description
The Council requires a service provider to provide a specialist service for pre-school children with emerging or diagnosed disabilities to support them to reach their developmental potential according to age and stage of the child and adopt an innovative approach in order to achieve this. The Service should provide both part-time, quality, centre-based childcare as well as portage provision. The Council requires a Service Provider to deliver a non-statutory service in accordance with the service specification and associated documentation provided by the Council. The Service Provider will provide a specialist service for pre-school children with emerging or diagnosed disabilities to support them to reach their developmental potential according to age and stage of the child and adopt an innovative approach in order to achieve this. The Service should provide both part-time, quality, centre-based childcare as well as portage provision.
