Tender description

Powys County Council (‘The Council’) is tendering for the provision of locality-based housing related support, specialist support for people with mental health and emotional well-being issues and specialist support for people with sensory impairment for the county of Powys. The contract will commence from 1.4.2019 and will be for 5 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year plus 1 year at the Council's discretion. Services will be delivered in: — Lot 1: Locality-based Support North, — Lot 2: Locality-based Support South, — Lot 3: Support for people with mental health and emotional well-being issues North, — Lot 4: Support for people with mental health and emotional well-being issues South, — Lot 5: Support for people with sensory impairment North, and — Lot 6: Support for people with sensory impairment South. The Council welcomes collaborative/consortium tenders, bidders can bid for one or more Lots. Housing related support to prevent homelessness and social isolation.
