Tender description

Contract for the Maintenance and repair of grounds maintenance and arboriculture equipment for Stafford Borough Council. Services to be provided are Routine maintenance including: — inspections (annual overhaul), — Checking and rectification of all driver defect reports, — Comprehensive breakdown, — recovery and repair work, — Insurance and accident repair work, — Supply of replacement parts and spares. Contract for the Maintenance and repair of grounds maintenance and arboriculture equipment for Stafford Borough Council. Services to be provided are Routine maintenance including: — inspections (annual overhaul), — Checking and rectification of all driver defect reports, — Comprehensive breakdown, — recovery and repair work, — Insurance and accident repair work, — Supply of replacement parts and spares. The Supplier shall carry out all routine servicing and all types of repairs including attending call outs and recovery of plant and equipment items from borough locations within Stafford Borough Councils remit to the Supplier’s works or elsewhere with the agreement of the Authorised Officer. The scope of this service shall extend to all types of plant and equipment. The Supplier shall maintain a record for each item within the Fleet which shall contain all relevant information regarding the repairs and maintenance of all items. These records shall be available for inspection by the Authorised Officer on request. The Supplier shall provide all service facilities, tools, labour, materials, plant storage, records and files for all works covered in this section.
