Tender description

The Ministry of Defence has a requirement for power generation, electrical power management systems, energy storage and electrical power distribution. The power generation (and supporting systems within this capability) need to be lightweight and compact to allow safe carriage by 1 to 4 persons to load and unload safely from vehicles. Power generation systems that can be safely towed by vehicles will also be considered as part of the capability. For a small percentage of the power generation capability, there may be an additional requirement for reducing thermal, acoustic and electromagnetic signatures. This new project titled Manoeuvre Power (Man-P) partly replaces Field Power, a former Defence project.
