Brief Description of Requirement NOC is seeking interest from qualified firms to undertake the combined roles of Lead Consultant and Principal Designer. Fee proposals are invited from suitably qualified lead design consultants, specialising in structural engineering and qualitative-quantitative condition survey; for professional services associated with the above project. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
