Tender description
An FCA approved fund manager is required to manage and deliver GLF II on behalf of Invest NI for a 10 year period. The legal agreements will also incorporate provision for 2 1-year extensions to the contract. The role of the fund manager will be to identify suitable businesses for investment and make loans of between 100 000 GBP and 500 000 GBP to an average of 18 businesses per annum.
