Tender description

The Client wishes to appoint a Contractor(s) to provide event management and public relations services to the Body and to support the delivery of its programme of events. This Contract will be subdivided into 2 lots: — Lot 1: Delivery of events and public relations in Ireland, — Lot 2: Delivery of events and public relations in Northern Ireland. This Contract will be awarded on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). Tenderers may bid and be awarded one or more of the Lots. It is anticipated the Contract(s) will commence on date of award for a duration of 1 year. The client may at any time before the completion of the Contract period to invite the Contractor(s) to agree to extend for 2 further periods of up to 12 months each commencing from the termination date of the original Contract Period subject to available budget and, satisfactory performance reviews.
