The primary role of the contractor is to provide a high profile, high quality education, compliance and enforcement regime tackling Environmental crime and anti-social behaviour issues throughout Pembrokeshire County Council. The essential focus of the initiative is to change public behaviour towards Environmental crime and anti-social behaviour inclusive of all legislation listed and assist the Council in the prevention and reduction of Environmental crime and anti-social behaviour specifically within Environmental services.
