Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (The Authority) is putting in place a Framework Agreement for own use and accessible to other UK public sector bodies identified on this link https://www.gov.uk/find-local-council permitted organisations. The above Public Sector bodies have cited a need for Apprenticeships Training and Related Services. The Services within the scope of this Framework Agreement have been divided into 62 Lots. The Provider is required to provide expertise in development and delivery of Accounting Apprenticeship training at Level 3 qualifications for Assistant Accountant and Small Business Financial Administrator level 3. The scope will include any additional relevant Apprenticeship standards that are approved for delivery and subsequently published against this Lot. The Provider is required to offer expertise in development and delivery of Training for Professional Accounting Taxation technician at level 4 for courses with a duration of 18 months. Scope will include any additional Apprenticeship standards that are approved for delivery and subsequently published. The Provider is required to offer expertise in development and delivery of Training for Business Administration Level 2, Business Administrator 3, Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3. Scope will include any additional Apprenticeship standards that are approved for delivery and subsequently published. The providers are required apprenticeship training for delivery of Qualifications leading to call centre qualification level 2 and 3. Scope will also include any additional Contact Call Centre Apprenticeship standards that are approved for delivery and subsequently published Providers are required to provide archaeological Technician apprenticeships training leading to level 3 qualification. Scope will also include any additional Archaeological Apprenticeship standards that are approved for delivery and subsequently published The provider is required to provide Archaeological Specialist training which leads to delivery of qualification up to level 7 The provider is required to provide Apprenticeship training for qualification leading to level 4 and 7 accordingly Providers are required to deliver apprenticeship training in management Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management leading to Level 6 qualifications and Chartered Town Planner Level 7 There provider is required to provide apprenticeship training leading to following qualifications: a) Construction Design and Build Technician Level 4 b) Construction Management Foundation Degree Level 5 c) Construction Design Management (Degree) Level 6 Apprenticeship Training providers are required to provide all training for the following Building and Construction qualification on this Lot: a) Carpentry and Joinery Level 2 b) Advanced Carpentry and Joinery Level 3 c) Construction Building-Wood Occupations Level 2 d) Construction Building-Wood Occupations Level 3 e) Construction Building-Decorative finishing and Industrial paining Level 2 f) Construction Building-Decorative finishing Level 2 g) Painter & Decorator Level 2 h) Construction Specialist -Plastering Level 2 &3 I) Construction Building Trowel Occupations Level 2&3 j) Plumbing and Heating Level 2 k) Plumbing and Heating Domestic Technician Level 3 l) Construction Specialist -Roofing Occupations Level 2&3 m) Installation Electrician/Maintenance Electrician Level 3 n) Plasterer Level 3 Providers are required deliver qualifications leading to Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Level 3. Scope will include any additional Maintenance and Operations Engineering Apprenticeship Standards that are approved for delivery and subsequently published The provider will offer expertise in development and delivery of Catering and Hospitality food production and cooking Level 2, Scope will include any additional food production and Cooking apprenticeship standards that are approved for delivery and subsequently published The Lot is for provision of expertise in development and delivery of Catering and hospitality covering the following training schemes Senior Chef Production- Cooking, Hospitality Supervisor, Hospitality Manager. Scope will include any additional catering and hospitality Apprenticeship Standards that are approved for delivery and subsequently published The Lot is for provision of expertise in development and delivery of Apprentice schemes in Digital Marketing Level 3, Infrastructure, Technician Level 3, Data Analyst level 4, Cyber Intrusion Analyst Level 4. Scope will include any additional standards that are approved for delivery and subsequently published in the area of digital marketing This Lot is for provision of expertise in development and delivery of Digital and Technology Solutions Professional Degree level 6 and Digital Marketer Degree Level 6 Apprentice schemes. The scope of this Lot will include any additional digital apprenticeship standards that are approved for delivery and subsequently published. The Lot is for provision of expertise in development and delivery of Social Media Level 3, Digital Marketing Level 3 & 4 apprenticeship schemes.
