Construction work for multi-dwelling buildings and individual houses

Tender description

The current site on Ravensbury Phase 1 consists of 50 number derelict garages and a 2 storey building; all of which will require demolition. The scope of works will include: — Completion of the design from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, — Site clearance, site set-up and remediation works, — Demolition of the existing apartment block (64-70 Ravensbury Grove) and 50 number garages, — Construction of 14 number residential flats across 2 blocks, 4 number residential Riverfront Houses and 3 number Mews Houses, — All associated utilities works and drainage, — Re-alignment of Roads and Vehicular access and Parking, — Cycle and refuse storage, — Hard and Soft Landscaping works. Clarion has appointed one provider to undertake the construction of 14 number residential flats across 2 blocks, 4 number residential Riverfront Houses, and 3 number Mews Houses and associated works.
