Construction work for multi-dwelling buildings and individual houses

Tender description

Liverpool City Council are undertaking this Soft Market Testing exercise ahead of the issue of a tender for a housing refurbishment and repairs Framework Agreement and a Framework Agreement for house construction. 2 multi-lot Framework Agreements will be procured, the scope and composition of all lots on both frameworks will be confirmed once the soft market test has completed. It is anticipated that the frameworks will be available to Liverpool City Council its Housing Company Foundations and any similar bodies within the Liverpool City Region Combined Auhority. The frameworks will be for 4 years with call-offs based both on direct award and mini-competition.
