The aim of this project is: • To provide a bedded unit for intermediate care patients who are discharged to the community but not ready to return to home. The unit needs to be either in Merton or very close proximity. • Rehabilitation beds in a segregated area meeting the standards required in this specification. • Unit to be either located in the borough of Merton or within a one-mile radius of the borough border.
