In recognition of more types of complaints and enquiries needing to be captured. Bristol City Council have appraised and determined that the most efficient option is to scope a new service from the ground up, to not only support their current requirements, but deliver a resultant future proofed contract able to cater for changes to technology whilst ensuring future releases and developments can seamlessly interoperate with other relevant Bristol City Council IT systems
