Building surveying services

Tender description

Coventry City Council are tendering for the provision of Maintenance and Condition Surveys, and project surveying and design work across a range of corporate and educational buildings within the Coventry City boundary. The services described in this specification relate to the following: — Schedule of Service 1: —— Maintenance and Condition Surveys comprising; —— Condition and Roofing Surveys; —— DDA Audit Surveys (BV156 Compliant); —— Glazing Surveys. — Schedule of Service 2: —— Surveying and Engineering Projects; —— Surveying and Architectural Services Pre and Post Contract Work; —— Principle Designer under CDM Regulations; —— Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design. The majority of the contract spend will be through Service 1. It is envisaged that Service 2 will be used on an ad-hoc basis.
