Tender description

The company operates a fleet of 1 300 vans and 200 HGVs predominantly in the Northwest of England as far north as Carlisle, and as far south as Crewe. In the near future, the company may decide to run a tender for the provision of fuel card services. The company would like to understand what solutions are available in the market for the purchase of diesel and petrol for both light commercial vehicles and HGVs. Access to bunkered sites for larger heavy goods vehicles is required. The company would like to understand if a multi card solution would be required, or if the service requirement can be fulfilled with just one type of card. As well as fuel, the card should have the facility to purchase Adblue, Oil, Antifreeze, Screen wash, Car washing facilities, de-icing fluid and LPG 1 300 Vans 200 HGVs Estimated 5 500 000 Litres of fuel per year (predominately diesel) Estimated requirement for 5 000 live fuel cards at any one time 84 000 transactions per year.
