Traffic counts to support evaluation of Major Schemes

Tender description

The deliverable required is provision of traffic flow data. This will be managed as a staged programme of work, with potentially several deliverables let within the timeframe of the work package. In general counts should be bi-directional for 2 weeks at 15 minute intervals, classified by vehicle length, but specific requirements will be confirmed for each package. Data should be presented by email in Excel format within 10 working days of the survey, complete with location plans detailing exact count locations and any relevant site observations. Suitable processes should be in place for quality control of the data.
