Brighton and Hove City Council is seeking tenders for the provision of Extra Care Services at Vernon Gardens, Brighton. There is currently an existing staff team working in the building. Any bidders will need to submit an NDA to receive the TUPE information. This is a joint procurement with the CCG, lead by BHCC. This tender is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime. The Council invites bidders to respond to this ITT for the provision of Extra Care Services at Vernon Gardens for and initial period of 5 years, with 2-1 year extension options. Vernon Gardens is an Extra Care Housing scheme opened in 2011. The scheme comprises of 10 self-contained flats located at 3-5 Vernon Gardens, Denmark Terrace, Brighton, BN1 3AH. The scheme is currently fully occupied and the service users have a range of physical disabilities which range from low and moderate level through to a high level of complexity.
