Social work services with accommodation

The Provider must be able to provide accommodation which meets the requirements detailed in the Service Specification. Providers must evidence and provide reassurance and clear plans as to how they will ensure the accommodation is available and service mobilized in time for the service commencement date. High Support Assessment Accommodation Service for Vulnerable adults in the City. The service outlined in this tender is for a minimum of 20 up to 30 bed supported accommodation service. This service will offer assessment accommodation, a safe space and high support accommodation. Service Users will have a range of complex needs. Please note that there are existing staff providing a comparable service and that TUPE may apply. The service will provide a 24-hour accommodation-based assessment and high support service for rough sleepers with multiple and complex needs and needs to operate 365 days each year. The service will initially operate 10 assessment beds which will offer multi agency assessments from a range of partners to determine the appropriate housing or support route for an individual. The service will operate the remaining beds as high support accommodation for individuals for complex needs.The service will offer at least 4 Safe Places for rough sleepers to allow for short term (72 hours) assessment in a safe environment. These spaces will be managed by the service provider and offer a quick short term route off the streets.
