We are seeking to procure an on line system that allows us to improve service efficiency and quality by allowing: • Clinical teams at referring sites to safely and efficiently make contact with SRFT specialist services • Specialist services at SRFT to improve efficiency by offering control of workflows and identify how patients should be managed (e.g. transfer listing) • Referring sites and SRFT to be able to see a single version of information provided • Capacity management teams to have a unified view of patients requiring transfer into or out of SRFT specialist services Keywords: Referral
