Provision of Employee Assistance Programme and Occupational Health Services

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is seeking the services of a Provider to deliver an effective and modern Employee Assistance Programme and Occupational Health Services to all 1,900 council employees. The Council also has Partners that access this service including Local Authority Trading Company, Schools, ALMO and other Local Authorities. Occupational Health service is required for employees and partner organisations to access services such as pre-employment screening, referrals and appointments, immunisation and health surveillance. As part of this service, the Council is also looking for Employee Assistance Programme providing face to face counselling, on line and telephone support on various factors, including support to managers in manging with staffing matters. The service will also be available using our framework for schools, other organisations and local authorities to access.
