The scheme will accommodate residents in single occupancy self-contained flats, each flat having its own front door and postal address. The new building will provide an environment suitable for a range of residents with needs associated with learning disabilities and/or complex behaviours to live as independently as possible whilst receiving core and personal care within their own flat.
