Tender description

South Lakeland News is a residents' newspaper produced by South Lakeland District Council (SLDC). Editorial and design will be provided by the Communications Team at SLDC. Within the production 70% of the space will be allocated to editorial content with the remaining 30% for advertising. SLDC is seeking a company that can provide competitive print rates whilst maintaining a high level of quality at all times and can organise delivery to ensure that every household in South Lakeland receives a copy three times a year. The contract duration is two years plus two optional one-year extension periods. All expressions of interest, submission and clarification questions must be submitted via the Chest (www.the-chest.org.uk.). Submission Deadline is 7pm on 21st September 2018. Please note the Proactis Support line closes at 5.30pm, so should you encounter any problems after this time you will be unable to log them.
