Tender description

The works comprise of the supply, installation, commissioning and testing of an upgraded CCTV system and the removal of the existing system at PHE Chilton, Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11 0RQ. The timetable for this tender is as follows: Expressions of Interest for arranging a site visit closes: 14th September 2018 Site Visit will be: 10 am 3rd October 2018. Tender submissions must be delivered via Bravo by 2pm on the 12th October 2018. SITE VISIT Site visits are a mandatory part of the tender process and tenders submitted without site visits being conducted will not be considered. Assessment: Ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works. The initial visit at the Chilton site, where a comprehensive briefing will take place, is scheduled to be held at 10:00 am Wednesday 3rd October 2018.
