Viability advice to help inform the policy formation, implementation and delivery aspects of a new standalone Garden settlement. The outputs of the commission will inform a partial Core Strategy Local Plan Review and forthcoming planning application for a new settlement of up to 10,000 homes. The partners are keen to ensure that the Core Strategy Local Plan Review and subsequent planning application set out a viable and deliverable framework for the phased delivery of appropriate infrastructure and services commensurate with the partners’ ambition for a new settlement aligned with Garden City principles.
