Tender description

This tender is to provide services for the evaluation of Video Hearings Party-to-Party Pilots as part of the HMCTS Reform Programme. HMCTS intend to run one or more pilots for party-to-party Video Hearings. To ensure a successful and impartial evaluation of the pilot(s), HMCTS is looking to engage a partner who will then develop an appropriate evaluation framework/instruments and methodology and evaluation, attend and evaluate pilot Video Hearings, and produce a report summarising the findings from the evaluation.
