Tender description
The re-opening of the Ethical Community Living Framework with the aim of admitting new providers. This is a framework governed by the light touch regime. The Lots that are being re-opened are Home Care Services (Lot 1), End of Life Care (Lot 3), Complex Health Services including Nursing At Home for Adults and Children (Lot 4) and Housing with Care for Adults (Lot 6). The Ethical Framework of Community Living Services will deliver a transformed model of ethical, asset based care and support, meeting the needs and aspirations of people to live fulfilled lives in their own home avoiding inappropriate admissions to hospital and residential care.
