Tender description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) intends to put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Leasing Finance and Advisory Services to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies. The proposed agreement will be the recommended Leasing Finance vehicle for the UK Public Sector and will look to deliver value for money to the taxpayer when delivering leasing services. The vehicle, at this stage, will look to offer both leasing finance to fund the purchase of assets and advisory services to deliver market leading advice to potential public sector leasing customers. This Prior Information Notice is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the leasing market. CCS will use an eSourcing system for this competition and reserves the right to use an electronic auction.
