Tender description

South Tyneside Council wish to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of event services including equipment and event stewarding. The Framework Agreement will be divided into lots as follows: Lot 1: Barriers; Lot 2: Stages; Lot 3: Big screens; Lot 4: Temporary toilets; Lot 5: Temporary Offices and storage units; Lot 6: PA systems; Lot 7: Lighting; Lot 8: Marquees, tables and chairs; Lot 9: Radios; Lot 10: Stewarding; Lot 11: PA/Lighting/Technical Support for Staff Award and Civic Ball.
