A suitably qualified and experienced organisation is sought to deliver NHG external audit requirements and to provide assurance on the financial statements for the parent and active subsidiaries in the form of an audit opinion. Notting Hill Genesis are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to deliver external audit requirements and to provide assurance on the financial statements for the parent and active subsidiaries in the form of an audit opinion. The successful supplier will: — demonstrate their expertise, suitability and capacity to provide a comprehensive and professional external audit service, — their capacity will be evidenced for both their overall resources and the specific personnel dedicated to NHG, — demonstrate that they understand issues related to the RP sector generally and specifically organisations of a similar scale, development pipeline, sales risk and operating environmen,. — be expected to work with NHG to scope and deliver the external audit programme for the period of the contract, — be expected to work effectively with the incumbent supplier to facilitate a smooth handover of responsibilities if required, — provide assurance to the Audit Committee in the form of a report on the audit.
