The provision of Project Management Services in connection with the design of new buildings and facilities for the MTC. Lot 1: Project Manager; Lot 2: Cost Manager; Lot 3: Civil and Structural Engineer; Lot 4: Mechanical and Electrical; Lot 5: Lead Principle Designer Interested parties may bid for more than one lot but will not be awarded more than 2 lots. The 2 highest scores will be taken. Employers Agent/Project Management of the design and procurement stages and Contract Form of the Construction Stage for RIBA Work Stages o through to completion(including conclusion of defects rectification period) Quantity Surveying Services appropriate to the procurement method selected for RIBA Work Stages 0 through to project completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period) Engineering Services including Civil and Structural or RIBA Work Stages 0 through to project completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period) Mechanical and Electrical Services (including Quantity Surveying support for M and E works) and through to project completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period). Architect for the design of construction projects (excluding Contract Administration) for RIBA work Stages 0 through to project completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period)
