WWU has invested in SAP S/4 HANA and intend to award a contract to host SAP S/4 HANA in a SAP certified public cloud platform. This platform and its provider must be: — SAP certified for all of the below criteria: —— Have available at least 2 UK based availability zones, —— Provide native Clustering for high availability, —— Support large HANA instances above 4TB. Negotiated procedure without prior call for competition where the services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator where competition is absent for technical reasons.
