Tender description

Through the Competitive Dialogue process the Authority are seeking suppliers deliver to their requirements through a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) solution, configured as appropriate to their requirements. The Authority is therefore seeking to appoint a suitably skilled COTS Supplier to deliver, implement, support and maintain a new asset management system, interface with other systems if required and provide customisation if required. The Authority will not consider a fully bespoke system proposal which has to be developed specifically for the Authority.
