Tender description

The Comptroller and Auditor General (through NIAO) is responsible for the financial audit of Northern Ireland public sector bodies. His work also includes Value For Money studies. NIAO contracts out roughly 30 % of its work to external providers. NIAO is exploring options for external financial audit services to replace the audit capacity represented by existing arrangements. NIAO wishes to engage with potential suppliers to obtain a market view of the proposed new approach to delivering NIAO’s requirements and on the availability of services to meet them. NIAO is also seeking views on the commercial aspects of any arrangements. Further details can be found in the Request for Information (“RFI”) document associated with this Notice.
