Tender description

In advance of any potential Tendering exercise St Helens Council wants to engage with the market and understand the capability and capacity of Providers in being able to deliver an Integrated Wellbeing Service. The proposed Integrated Wellbeing Service will need to address the requirements as described in the Background Information document. The Integrated Wellbeing service would require integration of the following: 1. Smoking cessation Service (all age) 2. Specialist Weight Management Service (all age) 3.
