The Medical Licensing Assessment (MLA) will be made up of two elements to test candidates’ knowledge and practical skills, one an Applied Knowledge Test (AKT) made up of single best answer questions and secondly Clinical and Professional Skills Assessment (CPSA). We are investigating the market with our requirements for the software needed to support this: — create exam questions/stations, store and administrate them through their lifecycle, — create, store and administrate exams created from the above questions/stations, — online delivery of AKT examinations across the globe, — provide the features to mark the examinations and analyse, — software could be used for all computerised assessments in the GMC going forward (Test of Competence, Revalidation Exams etc.), Proposed Manchester Supplier Dates – 12th/13th September Contact – procurement@gmc-uk.org Estimated Upper Contract Value for build work – we are seeking guidance from the market on this figure for our planning.
