Tender description
The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Home Care and Support services. Contracts will be for a period of 4 years commencing in February 2019. Please note this provision falls within Regulation 75(1), Section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations 2016 (the 'Light Toch Regime' (LTR) for Helth, Social, Education and certain other service contracts). This regulation provides some flexibility with regards to procurement procedures. Please refer to the contract documentation for details of the weighting criteria and the evaluation methodology. Home care and support services to support the independence and well-being of Sutton service users with care needs. Lot 1 — Locality A Lead Provider; Lot 2 — Locality B Lead Provider. The model comprises of 2 localities (Locality A and Locality B) which between them incorporate all areas of the borough.
