Tender description

To employ 1 or more providers who can deploy trained high visibility SIA registered security personnel and/or stewards as and when required by the Employer. The security team employed at the Venue also work as the venue maintenance team throughout the term of the contract. The team carry out a whole range of pre-season and season maintenance and cleaning duties. Taking place each July, Seamer Horse Fair is a gypsy and traveller’s annual event on a temporary site just off the B1261, between Seamer and Crossgates, on the outskirts of Scarborough. The Horse Fair traditionally opens at 4:00 am on the 12th July and closes at 18:00 on the 15th July each year. Taking place every August to celebrate the rich seafaring history of the town, the Whitby Regatta is probably the oldest sea Regatta on the northeast coast in England and has drawn large crowds into Whitby over the years.
