Carry out an environmental risk assessment of an unauthorised waste site. Suitably qualified and competent consultant, experienced in site investigations are being sought to carry out a Tier 2 and Tier 3 Risk Assessment in accordance with the EPA's Code of Practice " Environmental Risk Assessment for Unregulated Waste Disposal Sites"
