PR and Media Monitoring Services

Tender description

Stonewater is looking to award a contract for the provision of PR and Media Monitoring services. To include the following: • Creation of a PR strategy and programme which takes a multi-channel, integrated approach utilising both traditional and new forms of media and engagement • Develop public relations themes, strategies, plans and tactics to deliver relevant and effective campaigns • Support Stonewater with key message definition and articulation • Generate, manage and distribute media releases, within a clearly defined approval process • Arrange photography at events, where relevant, and provide images to accompany media releases • Support Stonewater with videography and infographics where relevant • Proactively identify and pursue potential PR opportunities which may not be on our immediate radar, taking advantage of emerging trends and topical issues • Liaise with sector contacts to build relationships on Stonewater's behalf and also identify potential cross-over with more generalist media contacts to expand our reach • Support Stonewater in building a reputation as a thought leader in the sector, with influence on national and local agendas • Provide a media monitoring and evaluation service, including press cuttings and monthly reporting (licensing costs to be invoiced separately) • Be present at events (where requested) to manage media contacts • Provide a responsive crisis management service, where required
