OG - Provision of Smart Meter Thermostats - PP963

Tender description

Orbit is seeking to appoint a preferred supplier to enter into contract to provide a smart meter thermostat to suit a range of heating systems across our portfolio of assets (Midlands, East & South). This product/service will be to alleviate our customers from fuel poverty and potentially provide us with more information about our asset stock which would in principle preserve our assets. The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 6 months (pilot) starting November 2018, with an option to extend for a further term of 2 years (on a 1 + 1 basis) based on successful result and acceptable performance from pilot results.
