Northway & Southway – Replacement of Communal Area Entrance

Tender description

Gosport Borough Council wishes to replace existing 2 story front and rear elevation timber door entry screens to 20no communal areas with aluminum powder coated part glazed screen systems. This will include the upgrade of some of the existing door entry systems. The works will include (but not limited to) the provision of: • Removal of existing timber screens and doors to the front and rear elevations, a sample photographs are attached in appendix A; • The removal of some low level single skin brickwork infill panels as required; • The upgrade of existing door entry systems to a Stanley PAC system; • Associated repairs arising from the installation works The project will include working with the Council to finalise design of the proposed screens and door entry system through to delivery and completed installation on a design and construct basis. Suitably qualified, interested contractors should download the attached Suitability Assessment Questionnaire, complete it and return as per the instructions on or before the 25th September 2018.
