NHS Ealing CCG - Community Direct Access Diagnostic Services

Tender description

This short term contract is for the continuation of the provision of direct access diagnostic services including Dexa Scans Endoscopy MRI Scans Ultrasounds The CCG considers that it requires some further detailed work to understand the activity and likely future demand for these services. Further to this, it is considered that a joint approach with neighbouring CCGs should be developed in order to deliver a high quality and value for money service for patients. A short term contract extension is therefore required in order to enable the CCG to review the current pathways, demand and activity. The CCG intends to complete this in collaboration with neighbouring CCGs in order to develop and North West London wide approach from 1 April 2019.
