Clarion Housing wishes to appoint 3 suppliers to provide Fire Detection Equipment Servicing and Maintenance. Clarion Housing wishes to appoint a supplier to provide Fire Detection Equipment Servicing and Maintenance in the North and East of England. The contract will cover the following areas: 1) Inspection and Testing fire detection equipment in communal areas and dwellings; 2) Works arising from tests undertaken; 3) Responsive maintenance; 4) Asset record maintenance.
