Tender description

The works comprise of the construction of new Multi-Use Games Areas (MUGAs) on an existing bitmac sports pitch foundation at Ballycarry and on a greenfield site at Clough, Co. Antrim. The project includes the construction of: • 5.4m high Ball stop fencing • 3.6m high ball stop fence with associated vehicular and pedestrian access gates • Porous Polymeric Surfacing including line painting for pitch markings • 10m high floodlighting columns and associated token reader (Ballycarry only) • Vehicular and pedestrian access pathways • Spectator seating area including 3 no. benches and bin (Ballycarry) • Basketball shooting practice area (Ballycarry) • Soak-away drainage areas The Contract Period will be 16 weeks, inclusive of any Builder’s holidays.
